2. Electronics & Appliances

  • electronic items (kettles, air fryers, ovens, egg boilers, etc.) can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories included.

3. How to Return or Exchange

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange.

4. Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
