- Due to health and safety regulations, all food, beverages, and consumable products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Please check product details carefully before purchase to ensure you are ordering the correct items.
2. Electronics & Appliances
- electronic items (kettles, air fryers, ovens, egg boilers, etc.) can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories included.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at grandadstoremail@gmail.com within the 7-day period.
3. How to Return or Exchange
- Contact our support team within the allowed return period.
- Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Follow the instructions provided by our team to safely return the item.
4. Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
